Handling 2.5 million weekly requests for a gaming studio
Oisoi Studio develops VR games built around creativity and immersion. As the studio grew across multiple titles, the need for a shared digital foundation became clear. After previously working together on a smaller project, we partnered again to build Oisoi Core: a centralized platform for the games Oisoi has already launched and the ones still to come.

A shared core
What started as a focused request quickly pointed to a broader need. Oisoi did not need another separate solution for each game. They needed one reliable core for shared users, shared systems, and future releases.
Oisoi Core brings together user authentication, authorization, API consumers, user data, game events, and game-specific data in one place. That gives the studio a consistent foundation across titles and makes expansion much simpler. Because that core touches so many parts of the product, each new feature also demands careful analysis. Our role is not just to add functionality, but to make sure the platform stays readable, maintainable, and performant as it grows.
Built for scale
Oisoi Core now handles around 2.5 million requests per week, supporting a platform behind multiple games and integrations. At that scale, reliability becomes part of the daily reality. This project also became our first deployment on Laravel Cloud. That gave Oisoi a setup that can scale with demand while staying stable and straightforward to manage. The result is a practical shared platform that supports the studio today and gives them a strong base for what comes next.
Connected purchases
One of the recent additions was a Meta Horizon integration, allowing purchases made through the Meta Store to be linked directly to Oisoi's own platform and database. When users buy items or points, that data needs to stay connected to the right user inside Oisoi Core. This integration makes sure purchases made through Meta can be matched correctly to the game data stored in the central platform.
